You enroll in this program through PeopleSoft  – http://ibridge.partners.org/servlet/getAccessLogin.

Once logged on follow this path:  Self Service – Employee – Tasks – MBTA Pass Enrollment.

I have missed the enrollment period to sign up for my T-pass for the month.  What can I do?

Go to the Cashier’s office at the main hospital.  Bring your BWH badge with you.  I suggest calling before going over to find out if your pass is still available. You may find out the cost of your pass by going to www.brighamandwomens.org/general/jobstransportation.asp.

BWH offers a 50% subsidy on all MBTA passes to its employees.

Where do I pick up my pass and when is it available?

You may pick up your T-pass at the Administrative Office, HIM, Room 730.  T-passes are able to be picked up the last Thursday of every month.  A CND-wide e-mail is sent out as to when to stop by the office to pick up.  Passes are available only for employees who have enrolled in the t-pass program.

You can go to the CND H.R. web page at http://brain.bwh.harvard.edu, click on the link on the left hand side that says Human Resources to find all of this information.
